Assistant Store Manager As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer and team experiences. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily, weekly and monthly store priorities and assist with assigning projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates while ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
A passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
1+ years of Retail Management, preferably fast fashion experience
1+ years of proven track record inspiring and managing diverse and high‑performing teams
Demonstrated results and acumen in driving sales, stock and service delivery
Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, able to execute VM directives and deliver world‑class visual merchandising standards
Flexible to meet business needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
Outstanding communication, customer service and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
Physical Requirements
Move around the store throughout the shift/workday
Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise, bins)
Regularly squat or kneel to access under‑storage bins or perform visual resets
Use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely to complete required tasks
