This Role We’re looking for an experienced TA Partner who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and is passionate about building exceptional teams from the ground up. You will own recruiting for Legal Engineering and hire top‑tier legal talent across the organization, building recruiting processes and partnering closely with leadership.

In This Role, You Will

Own full‑cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Build, iterate, and scale recruiting processes tailored to a high‑growth startup environment.

Drive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through creative channels.

Deliver a top‑tier candidate experience.

Maintain a strong pulse on the talent market and provide insights on competitive hiring trends.

Represent Norm Ai, contributing to employer branding and candidate pitch.

Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a full‑cycle recruiter.

Proven track record of attracting top talent.

Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch.

Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional partners.

Bonus Points For

Experience hiring in AI, Legal, or LegalTech spaces.

Experience at an early‑stage venture‑backed company.

Familiarity with Ashby.

Compensation & Benefits $130,000 – $170,000 per year plus equity .

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary. Pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and other factors. Compensation includes base salary, equity, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and comprehensive health, dental, hospital, accident, and vision insurance. For candidates relocating to NYC, relocation reimbursement is provided. We offer a flexible hybrid model, typically in‑office 4‑5 days per week.
