Air Systems is seeking a highly motivated
MEP Project Manager
to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. If you’re passionate about tackling unique HVAC MEP projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. As our MEP Project Manager, you’ll coordinate multiple high-profile projects, deliver exceptional value to our clients, and lead an energized, collaborative team to success.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple HVAC MEP projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines; oversee cost estimates, procurement, and scheduling. Mentor and lead project teams, fostering accountability and excellence. Troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and maintain smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation including plans, contracts, and reports. Execute projects in compliance with safety standards and company policies, upholding the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/MEP industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project); familiarity with project management software is a plus. Strong communicator, organized, and problem-solver. Proven leadership experience with a collaborative approach that drives results. Strong interpersonal and client relations skills with a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.

Competitive Salary
$130,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.
