Impact You’ll Make in this Role This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting‑edge medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative will interface with Solventum customers daily and is responsible for building, cultivating and maintaining superior customer relationships.
Supporting customers to include patients and hospital staff on a regular basis providing superior customer service with customer centric solutions.
Preparing medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
Tracking inventory control on assets, parts, disposables and supplies. Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
Attending training and other scheduled business functions which will require commercial air travel.
Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, and a pre‑employment and ongoing motor‑vehicle history review will be conducted for hired candidates.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher.
Three (3) years of customer‑facing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
Current, valid Driver’s License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Associate degree or higher.
Ability to work a non‑traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends and on‑call duties.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Work Location On‑site in Sales Territory (Aiea, HI).
Travel May include up to 20% domestic travel.
Relocation Assistance Relocation is not authorized.
Compliance and Safety Certain job positions within Solventum require workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 at least two weeks prior to the start date.
Compensation The expected compensation range for this position is $58,510 - $71,513, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate. Specific compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, location and performance.
