You've previously established a decisive academic vision and taken full ownership of its results. You've provided leadership from the forefront, not from the margins. And regarding learning science, you're not experimenting—you've constructed something substantive, delivered outcomes that validate its effectiveness, and earned the credibility to present that story publicly. If this describes you, 2 Hour Learning seeks its academic leader.

At 2 Hour Learning, we've developed a system where students achieve twice the learning velocity in only two hours per day. AI-powered tutoring, mastery-oriented progression, and a fundamental shift from traditional classroom frameworks produce these outcomes. The results are remarkable. Now we seek a leader capable of harmonizing execution across varied school models, elevating academic leadership standards, and serving as the public advocate for a movement anchored in robust learning science.

This is not a position for theoretical scholarship. It's an operational leadership imperative. You'll assume ownership of the academic strategy as executed, establish explicit standards, surface execution shortfalls, and develop elite teams to produce tangible results. You'll convert our scientific underpinnings into operational rigor and advocate for this model on a global scale.

What You Will Be Doing

Designing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum development, motivational architectures, and application design.

Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams maintain alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery.

Integrating data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem reviews that identify the most impactful obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.

Ensuring strategic alignment via planning processes, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.

Serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high‑profile settings, from keynote presentations to engagements with Ministries of Education, advancing systemic transformation in global educational thinking.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Engaging in isolated curriculum initiatives that fail to produce systemic transformation.

Producing theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or operational execution.

Transferring accountability for performance to mid‑level managers or external consultants.

Depending on institutional reputation or theoretical constructs to convince skeptical audiences.

Director Of Academic Excellence Key Responsibilities Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by harmonizing execution across all schools, raising leadership standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative voice of a movement built on rigorous science and demonstrable results.
