Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Analytics team! In this role, you’ll collaborate on 2–5-person project teams to conduct research, develop strategies, and summarize key findings and recommendations for our clients. You’ll partner with team members to develop data-driven insights through robust analyses, executive presentations, and effective storytelling – all in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment!
What You’ll Bring
0–3 years of relevant experience in a strategy and/or analytics role
Bachelor’s degree with a preference for quantitative course work
Passion for problem-solving and working with data
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate plans and execute well-documented analyses
Effective time management skills and the ability to proactively set and execute priorities
Proficiency with Excel
Proficiency in conducting well-sourced research
Additional Skills We Value
Exposure to consulting and/or working with client stakeholders
Experience working on projects in the TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) industry
Exposure building business cases and/or financial models
Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, or Alteryx
Familiarity with PowerPoint
Degree in Business, Economics or related
Ability to produce and present client-ready, executive-level deliverables
