What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide oversight and direction for the patient access strategy and fulfillment journey for medical benefit brands
Develop and execute access plans for all covered products
Collaborate with brand leads and relevant GMs to ensure alignment with brand strategy
Promote innovation and continuous improvement in patient access to medicines
Lead and inspire a team towards shared mission and goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Doctorate degree & 6 years of Access, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience OR
Master’s degree & 10 years of Access, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience OR
Bachelor’s degree & 12 years of Access, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience AND
6 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leading teams or projects
Proven ability to manage resources effectively and address strategic challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
10 years of Access, Marketing, and/or Sales Leadership experience
Experience managing leaders of leaders
Direct experience with US payer, managed care, and medical benefit environments
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with developing patient access support programs
