What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define and execute the strategic vision for the proprietary Warehouse Management System (Connect)
Develop product roadmaps that align with company goals and initiatives
Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and external clients regarding system enhancements
Lead the product team to prioritize stakeholder needs while considering various project factors
Establish success metrics for strategic initiatives and track measurable outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in leadership roles
Strong relationship-building skills with engineering, design, and stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
Proven ability to lead change in large, complex organizations
Experience in logistics or supply chain; warehouse operations experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Hands‑on experience with WMS platforms
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and analytical tools (SQL, Excel)
People management experience with multiple direct reports
Exceptional track record of delivering large‑scale projects for Fortune 500 companies
