Job Description GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer.

Your ability to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service is critical, as you will be working with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more.

Responsibilities

Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.

Manage access control.

Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.

Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.

Answer questions in person or by phone.

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pass an extensive screening process.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Basic phone and computer proficiency.

Prior experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.

Valid NYS Security License.
