Required Tasks & Duties
Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written & presentation.
Previous experience Developing applications in the Java Framework (3+ years), Experience with Web Services like SOAP AND/OR RESTful (3+ years), Previous project experience with Object Oriented practices (3+ years), Experience with RCP is a major plus.SQL/JDBC for data access and report building.
A strong interest integrating emerging technologies into applications and solutions is required.
Bachelor's degree or above (or the equivalent) in CIS, MIS, IS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration with emphasis in information systems.
Good communication skills; written and verbal.
Ability to work with various application servers such as WebSphere and Tomcat.
Comfortable with the agile development methodology.
Ability to work on any project using any of the above technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
WebSphere Process Server (encompasses WID and Transformation Extender)
Spring/Hibernate
Java
SWT - Standard Web Toolkit
JSP
Utilities: Eclipse, Maven, Subversion
