This role partners closely with product, engineering, and architecture leaders to translate business needs into resilient, enterprise‑grade systems while driving best practices and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design secure, scalable solutions using Azure, microservices, APIs, and modern web technologies
Lead API‑first and cloud‑native architecture across digital portals and large‑scale data platforms
Translate business requirements into reusable, enterprise‑aligned solutions
Collaborate with Product Owners, Agile teams, and Lead Architects to deliver high‑value features and roadmaps
Establish architectural standards, governance, and Communities of Practice
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and thought leadership across teams
Qualifications
5+ years in solution/enterprise architecture; 3+ years in Azure (including hybrid environments)
Strong experience with API‑first design, microservices, event‑driven architecture, and data platforms
Hands‑on with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, Delta Lake, and modern web stacks (React, Node.js)
Proficient in cloud‑native development (Python, Scala, SQL)
Excellent communicator in Agile/Scrum environments
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
TOGAF/ArchiMate and Azure Solutions Architect (AZ‑305) certifications
Financial services experience (lending or leasing)
Familiarity with secure coding, CI/CD, monitoring, and logging
Compensation $130,000‑150,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications.
