Welcome to a role where you can make a real impact. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring that all callers and visitors are attended to promptly and courteously. Your duties will include managing phone calls, operating a switchboard, greeting visitors, and performing basic administrative tasks. You'll work under close supervision, following established policies and guidelines.
Your role will involve:
- Welcoming patients and visitors
- Assisting patients with questions
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurances
- Collecting patient charges
- Providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Using MS Office applications
- Being passionate about improving consumer experiences
Preferred qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Front desk experience in a medical office
- Experience with eClinicalWorks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Scheduled weekly hours: 40
Pay range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.
