What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead complete projects independently across backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
Architect scalable and robust solutions for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Drive technical improvements by identifying and solving underlying problems
Partner with Marketing and Product stakeholders to influence features and requirements
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
5–8 years of software engineering experience with expert-level proficiency in Python
Proven track record of leading complete projects end-to-end, including architecture design and implementation
Deep expertise with data integration technologies (Snowflake, SQL, ETL processes)
Demonstrated ability to design for performance, scalability, and robustness
Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor engineers and drive cross-team alignment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience architecting and implementing automation frameworks for improved productivity
Advanced knowledge of ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads)
Understanding of digital marketing operations and performance marketing KPIs
Experience with cloud cost optimization and disaster recovery planning
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity improvements
