Building Management Systems Services Coordinator
provides full maintenance services for facilities and campus BMS. The Coordinator resolves BMS alarms, coordinates maintenance, and supports validation activities for building upgrades. Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot and diagnose automated control system problems with Facilities Technicians and Engineers. Generate and review BMS alarm reports for completeness. Create temperature, pressure and humidity reports requested by cross‑functional teams. Monitor BMS, dispatch staff to address abnormalities discovered through the system. Document on‑time completion of CMMS work orders, logbook entries and alarm audits. Coordinate work with vendors and update leadership on project status. Schedule preventive maintenance, respond to urgent repair calls and develop emergency preparedness plans with Reliability Engineers. Approve document changes to systems per change management procedures. Author URS, FS, SAT, IOQ, SOPs and PM documents. Support implementation of the spare parts program. Evaluate systems for continuous improvement opportunities. Travel between all facilities to support all functional areas. Maintain regular full‑time attendance. Demonstrate professional behavior that reflects positively on PCI and aligns with company culture. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 3‑5 years of relevant engineering experience. Two years in a GMP environment preferred. General understanding of pharmaceutical systems and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Database software. Ability to enter, manage data, create reports, and use CMMS. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong multitasking, dynamic, fast‑paced work environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and independent and team work ability. Physical Demands
Employee must sit, reach computers, stand up to four hours, lift up to 40 pounds, see objects close and distant, and communicate with others. Compensation
