The Work

High‑end leasing (office, life sciences, retail, industrial)

Acquisitions, dispositions, JVs, development & financing

Full deal ownership from LOI to closing

Real Responsibility Direct client contact, lead negotiations, run transactions with partner guidance (not oversight).
