Job Overview The SVP / Senior Casualty Risk Management Broker will work closely with Global Client Executives, primarily focusing on client relations and service delivery for Risk Management Casualty and new business prospects. The role also involves developing and mentoring junior casualty colleagues and may evolve into a more substantial management position.

Location Hybrid – this role can work 3 days a week in our New York City or Greenwich, CT office.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Expertise in placement of all casualty risk for large, complex commercial client accounts and experience managing relationships with both clients and carrier partners.

Preferred:

Experience leading and/or managing a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

Assist in all phases of client relationship management and retention strategies focusing on service and delivery of EPIC resources.

Work closely with the Casualty account team members and the Global Client Executive to service clients, including creating and submitting renewal specifications, negotiating policy terms, presenting marketing results, reviewing quotes and endorsements, coordinating international placements, and developing relationships with key underwriters.

Maintain quality service plans, support ongoing client relationships, oversee certificates of insurance and auto‑identification cards, manage invoices and remittance, and review contracts to identify coverage gaps.

Assist with special projects and client requests, coordinate renewal strategy and stewardship reports, prepare capability presentations and RFP responses, and deploy risk consulting services.

Mentor and manage colleagues on an account team basis, with potential to evolve into a leadership role.

Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as required.

Compensation The national average salary for this role is $210,000.00 – $240,000.00 in base pay, exclusive of bonuses or benefits. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, certifications, education, and market data.
