ABOUT THE JOB
AssociationREADY is growing our Suwanee, GA based sales team. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Sales. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's revenue growth, leading the direct sales team, and spearheading the successful introduction of our groundbreaking new products to the market.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Four + years of experience leading sales initiatives
An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred
Exceptional demonstration of leadership and communication skills
Community Association experience preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Leadership and Strategy
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture in alignment with organizational initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in GTM strategy, including introducing new products to the market.
Team Management
Lead and manage sales and marketing team, remaining current on industry standards and best practices.
Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Foster collaboration and effective communication within the sales and marketing team and cross-functional teams.
Scaling Channel Sales
Utilize experience to scale the channel sales department for significant growth.
Identify and establish new channel partnerships to expand market reach and revenue streams.
Implement effective channel sales strategies and programs to drive partner engagement and revenue generation.
Performance Optimization
Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Development Team to ensure product development is aligned with strategic sales objectives.
This job operates in an office environment located in Suwanee, GA.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and traditional office equipment required.
Travel National travel is required for this position.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, and may be required to walk, lift up to 15 lbs.
