Dermatology Medical Assistant

New York City's largest dermatology practice is a full-service practice with 50+ locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. Now Delaware and Philly too! We are searching for a friendly, driven, hard-working medical assistant for one of our Manhattan locations. This vacancy does require weekend flexibility and must be able to work between the hours of 09:00 am to 7:00 pm (start/end time may change depending on site).

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred but not required)
• Scribing (preferred not required)
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task in different pace environments
• Team player
• Evening and weekend availability (required)

Compensation:

Dermatology Medical Receptionist

A fast-growing dermatology practice with multiple locations throughout New York City, Delaware, and Pennsylvania is searching for a friendly, driven, hard-working receptionist. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who would like to begin their career in the medical industry and is passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate has 1+ years experience as a medical receptionist and strong communication and leadership skills. The open job position requires you to have full-time availability and some weekend availability. Comfortable floating to our different office locations in Brooklyn as needed.

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable multi-tasking
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Full-time & some weekend availability
• Dermatology experience preferred
• eClinicalWorks experience preferred
