What You Bring to the Team:

• 35 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist You've seen it all and keep your cool no matter how busy it gets.
• Experience with Athena or Phreesia is a huge plus.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented You know how to juggle tasks without letting the little things slip.
• Strong Communication Skills Whether on the phone or in person, you provide excellent customer service and clear, compassionate communication.
• Reliable & Professional Patients and team members can count on you to be consistent, respectful, and efficient.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.

The Schedule: This is a flexible position hours and locations will vary depending on office needs across the division.

The Physical Side of the Job: You'll be on your feet, moving around the office, assisting patients, and handling paperwork.
