A typical day involves helping others, inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means focusing on how to wow clients now and in the future. You would also need a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work flexible schedules, and sales/marketing experience.

What you'll bring to the team includes answering phones, greeting clients, matching clients with tax professionals, scheduling clients, ensuring all client needs are met, maintaining office cleanliness, and other duties as assigned. You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, previous customer service experience, the ability to multitask, strong organizational and time-management skills, and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
