What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT SOX compliance, including risk assessment and control design
Manage key 2LOD control execution, including user access reviews and policy annual reviews
Act as a trusted advisor to IT, Engineering, and Finance regarding risk impacts of system changes
Oversee governance and challenge management on control design and effectiveness
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT SOX Compliance, IT Audit, or Risk Advisory
Hands‑on knowledge of enterprise SaaS vendors and cloud infrastructure controls
Proficiency in GRC platforms and a desire to leverage AI in compliance workflows
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CISA, CPA, or CIA certification
Experience in Big Four firms or a leadership role in a public company
Familiarity with custom development governance and secure coding practices
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to connect technical flaws to financial risk
Experience in AI governance and process optimization projects
