across Alabama. We are seeking a
Collaborative Physician
to provide required physician collaboration and clinical oversight in accordance with Alabama regulations.
Role Overview Provide collaborative oversight and clinical consultation for a PMHNP. This is a non-patient-facing, remote role with a low and variable time commitment.
Responsibilities
Review charts on a periodic basis
Be available for clinical consultation as needed
Participate in occasional case discussions (remote)
Maintain an active Alabama medical license and malpractice coverage
Compensation
Flat monthly retainer: $250–$500
Paid monthly via ACH
Compensation begins once the practice begins seeing patients
1099 independent contractor
Requirements
MD or DO with an active Alabama medical license
Board-certified or board‑eligible in Psychiatry
Experience collaborating with PMHNPs preferred
Comfortable providing oversight for all age groups
Familiarity with telehealth models preferred
