Easterseals residential facilities provide 24‑hour support to youth ages 5‑21 with neurological and/or psychiatric disabilities. It is designed for males and females with psychological/emotional or neurological disabilities, including pervasive developmental disorders, nonverbal learning disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of nursing including hiring, training, and staff development.
Coordinate with program staff to meet the needs of clients and provide direct nursing care.
Conduct ongoing medical monitoring and quality assurance of medical care according to Easter Seals medical policy and procedures.
Perform assessment and triage of clients, order and transcribe medications.
Participate in educational groups with clients and staff.
Document daily nursing reports and communicate with staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited college, Master’s Degree preferred.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum of six years nursing experience with at least two years working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disorder or equivalent.
Administrative experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Hours Full‑Time, Monday – Friday
Compensation 108,442.00 annually.
