Clinical Pharmacist
Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange, Orange, CA. Job type: Per‑Diem. 10‑hour variable shifts. The clinical pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high‑quality, individualized, cost‑effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Required Qualifications
PharmD: Pharmacy Doctorate or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy California Pharmacist Registered upon hire Obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license when eligible and where applicable Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) where applicable Preferred Qualifications
Acute‑care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP‑accredited PGY1 residency Benefits
