Are you an experienced Neurology NP/PA ready to step into a leadership role without sacrificing your passion for direct patient care? VerityMD is offering a truly unique opportunity designed for an experienced neurology NP or PA who excels independently and is ready to lead a team.
Responsibilities
Lead Your Team: As Site Director, you'll be the champion of our Carmichael clinic. Supervise a team of 3 dedicated Medical Assistants, optimize workflows, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for our patients and your team. This is hands‑on leadership, directly impacting operational excellence.
Provide Follow‑Up Care: Focus solely on established neurology patients – headaches, neuropathies, Parkinson's, dizziness, dementia. No new patient evaluations, no inpatient hustle, no telehealth patient visits. Just deep, focused management of 16 follow‑up cases daily, supported by robust protocols and a dedicated MA to handle the legwork.
Command Your Schedule: Enjoy a predictable, full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule. 100% in‑person, allowing you to build strong team dynamics and patient relationships. No evenings, no weekends, no holidays. Your personal time is truly yours.
