Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate clinical and financial data to support service lines and reduce costs.
Support overall program activities including deliverables management, status reporting, and risk escalation.
Coordinate data collection, interpretation, and analysis for new products and services.
Identify and validate data sources such as medical records, financial data, competitor data, patient volumes, benchmark data, utilization, etc.
Assist project teams in designing and implementing care paths, utilization reduction, cost containment, and standards development.
Develop and produce reports monitoring cost, utilization, and other quality indicators.
Evaluate products and programs, recommend modifications and corrective actions.
Maintain liaison with physicians, administrators, hospital departments, third‑party payors, and clinical personnel.
Prepare financial and statistical reports related to budget, accounts, activities, and operations.
Develop understanding of healthcare provider challenges and operational models at Emory Healthcare.
Model trends and develop recommendations or conclusions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related business field.
Three (3) years of progressive related experience.
Equivalent combinations of education/experience may be considered.
Knowledge of project management techniques.
Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Access.
