The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers’ technical and business objectives. You will lead customer‑focused project teams, perform hands‑on development of Data & Analytics solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor guiding customers through their cloud journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams, designing and implementing end‑to‑end large‑scale, complex, scalable, and secure Data Analytics AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective Data & Analytics migration and modernization strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and governance while aligning data solutions with business strategies.
Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Basic Qualifications
7+ years technical specialist, design, and architecture experience.
5+ years database experience (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis).
7+ years consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions.
5+ years software development with object‑oriented languages.
3+ years cloud‑based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network, and operating system experience.
7+ years external or internal customer‑facing, complex and large‑scale project management experience.
5+ years cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years professional or military experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certification.
Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
Experience with performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments.
Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments.

Compensation : The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
