The duties include research and analysis of opportunities presented by business partners, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments, and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.* Normal working hours: 8:30 to 5:00 pm but on call 24/7 in case of emergencies* Based in Rosemont, but frequent travel required to Wintrust locations, mostly in Chicagoland and suburbs.**What You’ll Do*** Plan and control costs while ensuring timely project delivery* Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies* Provide critical analysis of architectural drawings and product specifications* Pay invoices, and analyze operating statements* Prepare annual and project budgets and report on financial performance regularly* Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships* Address complaints, violations, and problems**Qualifications*** 7-10 years of experience related to Retail and Commercial Office Development* Must be an excellent communicator and able to scope and juggle multiple projects of various sizes and complexity* Clear understanding of commercial construction process* Experience with Workday, Excel, Construction Software, Prolog, Procure & Microsoft Project or equivalent* Bachelor’s degree preferred* Nice to have: Industry-related certifications and awards**Benefits**Medical Insurance • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Accidental death and dismemberment • Short-term and long term Disability Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount • Critical Illness Insurance • Accident Insurance • Transportation and Commuting Benefits • Banking Benefits • Pet Insurance**Compensation**The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
