We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive innovation, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. Oversee end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platforms. Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies, including CI/CD, code reviews, security, and data management. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and prioritization to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, emerging features, and integration opportunities to optimize system capabilities. Drive automation, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT leaders to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy and ecosystem integration. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 8–12 years of Salesforce platform experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, data model, and integration patterns. Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and third-party integrations. Experience managing DevOps processes using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills. Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and multi-cloud Salesforce environments. Prior experience in global or large enterprise setups with cross-functional delivery teams. Soft Skills
