large-scale, high-value projects
for a select group of high-priority clients across Southeast Florida. Projects range across all trades and typically span
mid-six-figure to seven-figure budgets . We are seeking a
highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic Reconstruction Project Manager
who thrives under pressure, consistently delivers results, and communicates effectively with clients and internal teams alike.
Position Overview This role is responsible for leading
high-value reconstruction projects , ensuring they are completed
on time, on budget, and to the highest standards . The ideal candidate manages multi-trade projects, directs subcontractors, and maintains
stellar communication
throughout the process. You will work closely with District and Operations Managers while taking ownership of client relationships, timelines, and project performance.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution
Lead daily activities for large-scale reconstruction projects across multiple trades.
Partner with District and Operations Managers to ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee project evaluation, estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring clients understand timelines and expectations.
Monitor job progress continuously to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
Assign and manage resources, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues proactively.
Provide high-level, ongoing communication with clients to maintain trust and confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
Subcontractor & Resource Management
Build, manage, and evaluate subcontractor relationships to deliver work efficiently and to standard.
Track subcontractor performance, labor hours, and material costs.
Adjust personnel and company resources to meet project demands and ensure top-level service.
Estimation & Reporting
Read, understand, and modify
Xactimate estimates
as well as traditional reconstruction estimates for multi-trade projects.
Compile, analyze, and report performance metrics including subcontractor efficiency, project labor hours, material costs, and customer satisfaction.
Provide actionable insights to improve processes, profitability, and team performance.
Operational Excellence & Problem Solving
Resolve personnel and performance issues promptly by analyzing data and implementing solutions.
Continuously assess project needs and adjust work plans to maintain standards and timelines.
Other duties as required to support company and client goals.
Qualifications
Proven
project management experience
with commercial and/or residential properties impacted by water, fire, or mold.
(REQUIRED)
Proficiency with
Xactimate
(REQUIRED)
Symbility experience preferred but not required
Strong Excel and general computer skills; ability to quickly learn new software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work safely in accordance with company safety standards
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
IICRC certifications a plus but not required
