Our client, a top-tier Management Consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled
Regulatory Reporting Consultant
responsible for supporting reporting remediation and control activities across key regulatory reporting areas, including LOPR, EBS, Rule 606, and CAT. This role will ensure data accuracy, strengthen reporting controls, and coordinate remediation efforts with stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Support end-to-end remediation of regulatory reporting issues across LOPR, EBS, Rule 606, and CAT.
Partner with technology, compliance, and operations teams to assess reporting gaps, implement controls, and validate fixes.
Perform detailed data analysis to identify root causes, validate reporting outputs, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.
Enhance existing reporting processes, documentation, and oversight frameworks.
Assist in coordination, testing, and execution of reporting changes across cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of securities and financial products.
Solid understanding of the full trade lifecycle.
Hands‑on experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and issue investigation.
Ability to work closely with technology, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
Prior experience within broker‑dealer regulatory reporting functions.
Familiarity with U.S. regulatory reporting regimes, particularly LOPR, EBS, Rule 606, and CAT.
