We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Spatial Computing to build the primary interface between human intelligence and robotic systems. In this role, you will create professional-grade tools for high-fidelity teleoperation, data collection, and robot diagnostics. You will own the development of the operator "cockpit" - the system that allows humans to see what the robot sees, move how the robot moves, and reason about complex spatial environments in real time. This role is for engineers who care deeply about 3D UX, low-latency systems, and building intuitive interfaces for dense, high-dimensional spatial data. Our visualization and control stack is built on Unity, and this position focuses on using a real-time 3D engine to power spatial interfaces for physical robotic systems. Key Responsibilities:

Teleoperation Interfaces: Design and build low-latency AR and desktop interfaces that allow human operators to control robots with high precision. Implement performant rendering pipelines for massive real-time data streams, including point clouds, depth maps, and voxel grids, ensuring 60+ FPS performance. Tackle hard engineering problems related to video bandwidth, render latency, and headset ergonomics to reduce operator fatigue. Own features end-to-end, from prototyping and iteration to production deployment, working closely with robotics, research, and infrastructure teams. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Math, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of deep focus in 3D/Unity software. Strong 3D Math Foundation: Solid grasp of linear algebra, quaternions, rigid body transforms, and coordinate system conversions. Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience shipping applications for AR/VR/MR experiences. Experience with video encoding, WebRTC and real-time video streaming frameworks. Experience with simulation and real world alignment, mocap systems and embodiment mapping. Experience with Python and C++.
