We’re hiring a
Staff Engineer
to own technical execution and day-to-day technical leadership across our product. You’ll work closely with our CTO to organize engineering efforts, shape architecture, and ensure we’re building scalable systems the right way. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role, not a people-management position. You won’t manage direct reports, but you’ll lead from a technical standpoint, setting direction through judgment, code quality, and execution.

This is an onsite role based in San Francisco. For candidates outside the Bay Area, we offer paid relocation.
What you’ll do
Act as the technical lead for day-to-day engineering execution across the team.
Organize and prioritize engineering work in close partnership with the CTO.
Design and architect scalable systems, guiding implementation decisions.
Review pull requests and uphold high standards for code quality and maintainability.
Mentor more junior engineers through technical guidance, feedback, and example.
Identify technical risks early and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions.
Partner with Product and Engineering to improve workflows and execution.
