Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
Location
Seeing patients across multiple offices in Washington, DC (including Maryland and Virginia locations)
Weekly schedule includes hours at several clinics; candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed
What you'll be working on
Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel‑building role)
Providing in‑office care and occasional tele‑health visits
Collaborating with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
Utilizing your clinical training and performing in‑office procedures as opportunities arise
Education, licenses, and experience required
At least 2 years of primary care experience
Licensed or able to obtain licensure in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC
Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
Completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members
Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on data‑driven patient outcomes

Compensation and benefits Hourly rate:
$135.00
per hour (final determination may vary with experience and schedule). Additional pay may be available for qualifications that exceed specified requirements. Benefits include:
