Senior Technical Program Manager, ROW Operations Senior TPM – ROW Operations Transform the Future of Supply Chain Technology Across emerging ROW (Rest Of the World) countries

We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to drive transformational initiatives across our Rest of World (ROW) operations. Your work will shape the future of global supply chain technology and directly influence how quickly and efficiently we can deliver products, integrate vendors, and optimize our fulfillment network.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate large‑scale technical programs spanning Quick Commerce, Sub‑same day delivery, FC inbound operations, vendor experience, placements, and external fulfillment performance across ROW countries.

Navigate complex technical landscapes, collaborate with diverse stakeholders across continents, and drive measurable business impact.

Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance customer experience, leveraging distributed systems at scale, AWS, and GenAI offerings.

Shape and execute strategic program plans, ensuring alignment with global supply chain goals and technical execution excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related).

15+ years of relevant software development experience.

8+ years in technical leadership, program management, or similar roles.

Exceptional program management, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a proven ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels.

Strong software development background with deep understanding of the full development lifecycle.

Demonstrated success managing and delivering large, complex cross‑functional programs.

Detail‑oriented self‑starter with a track record of ownership and follow‑through.

Strategic thinker who excels at tactical execution—comfortable with both long‑term planning and day‑to‑day progress tracking.

Proven history of delivering large‑scale projects end‑to‑end in fast‑paced environments.

MBA or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering (Preferred).

Experience with large‑scale distributed systems and service‑oriented architecture (Preferred).

Hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services and GenAI offerings (Preferred).

Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies (Preferred).
