You will support mission data systems tied to national security outcomes. This role builds Intelliforce core software engineering skills across data modeling, integration, and service development. Your work supports the Data Dictionary capability used by mission partners to define, manage, and access critical data standards. Intelliforce invests in early career engineers, supports growth, and delivers trusted solutions across classified environments.
Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include
Support design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of the Data Dictionary capability
Enhance Java and Spring based user interfaces for defining data attributes and valid values
Support backend services and REST APIs for programmatic access to data specifications
Work with Postgres databases to store and manage specifications
Assist with deployments in Linux and containerized environments
Support Docker and Kubernetes based workflows
Participate in deployment pipelines and task tracking activities
Document features, updates, and technical changes
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across the program
Minimum Qualifications Clearance:
Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances. Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.
3+ years of Software Engineering experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 7 years
Required Skills
Java development
Familiarity with Spring frameworks
Basic understanding of RESTful web services
SQL or Postgres database experience
Linux development experience
Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes
Task tracking tools such as JIRA or Redmine
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills
Experience developing software in Java J2EE
User interface design and testing experience
REST, XML, and JSON web services
Deployment pipeline exposure
Ability to communicate status updates clearly to peers and leadership
Compensation Range $111,000.00 - $147,000.00
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
