Partners Group is seeking an Assistant to join our prestigious Private Equity Technology team in Zug. This is your gateway to the epicenter of global deal‑making, where you'll execute seamlessly alongside senior leadership, driving excellence across our international operations spanning Europe, Asia, and the US.
Responsibilities
Assist Senior Leaders in the Global Technology team with daily organizational tasks. Additionally, support broader senior leadership team in the Department (across Europe, Asia and the US)
Calendar management of internal and external meetings, conferences and calls
Assist with events and offsite organization and coordination
Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings, using Concur and with an external agency; prepare itinerary and logistics in Outlook and process expense reports
Prepare presentation materials and documents for meetings (including packages for the Executive Team and Board of Directors), assemble and print meeting agendas and hand‑outs
Process and track monthly expense reports for senior team members with precision
Maintain and update data in internal databases and systems
Review, cross‑reference, format and assemble PowerPoint presentations in accordance with corporate design standards
Handle general administrative duties with efficiency
Other administrative tasks as necessary
What we expect Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity, including support for executive and senior management:
Bachelor's degree or comparable number of years’ experience
Proficient in MS Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new skills related to new applications
Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure
Organized with high attention to detail
Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic team player contributing to strong administrative support team
Proficient English in writing and speaking
