No call or after-hours responsibilities
Credentialing in 90-120 days
Cases and Procedures
Dementia, MCI, Alzheimer's, cognitive disorders
4-5 new evaluations + 4-5 follow-ups daily
Coordination of care and clinical trial referrals
Requirements
Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in Neurology or Psychiatry
Active California license
BLS required
Travel Accommodations
