Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Team Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, helping ESM lead AI solution team, translate business needs & requirement into AI-driven product solutions, building BRDs and needle move the development of product/tool solutions, identifying more growth opportunity and put into scalable product design, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop tools & mechanisms to improve Account Management efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated Product Management skills and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of program management, leading business initiatives, building SOP/tools, and turning data into insights.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of working experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, able to translate business needs into practical AI product solutions
Structured mindset and able to define priority, drive alignment with stakeholders, and provide guidance to team members to move forward
Solid Python/SQL skills and able to develop automation solutions
Solid experience of leveraging AI products to build solutions, including building AI agents, AI workflows, AI-powered analysis and business implementation
Experience of product management and program management
Proven record of team management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing business processes
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
Experience of end-to-end tech product development
