The Role We’re looking for a VP of Product to join our leadership team and shape the future of our product. In this role, you’ll lead a team of product managers and designers while staying close to customers and go‑to‑market teams to ensure we’re solving the right problems. As a strategic decision‑maker, you’ll own our product vision and roadmap, and partner across the company to ship features that drive customer value, revenue impact, and platform excellence. You’ll also help us continue to explore how AI can enhance both the product and how we build it.
What you’ll do:
Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
Lead, coach, and develop a cross‑functional team of product managers and designers
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and mentorship
Build alignment across stakeholders by synthesizing feedback, balancing trade‑offs, and making clear, data‑informed decisions
Engage directly with customers and go‑to‑market teams to stay close to market needs and translate insights into product direction
Actively participate in key sales conversations and support GTM with product expertise
Champion the adoption of AI tools and practices to enhance product design and development
Evolve the structure and focus of the product team as company needs change
Promote a culture of accountability, reflection, and continuous improvement within the product org and leadership team
Identify and mitigate product‑related risks early and effectively
What you bring to the table:
B2B SaaS leadership: Proven experience leading product strategy and execution in a B2B SaaS environment; Salesforce ecosystem or ISV experience required; MBA preferred
Team building & scaling: Track record of growing and evolving product teams in mid‑size companies (25–200 employees), with attention to structure, process, and hiring
Strong decision‑maker: Skilled in synthesizing input, building alignment, and making thoughtful, data‑informed product decisions
Design & discovery mindset: Familiarity with modern UI/UX practices, customer research methods, and collaborative design workflows
AI fluency: Experience integrating AI tools or approaches into product development or the product itself
People leadership: Effective coach and mentor, especially for emerging managers and cross‑functional team members
Self‑aware & growth‑oriented: High emotional intelligence, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement
Compensation Cash compensation for this role is commensurate with experience. Estimated salary range is between $200,000-$250,000. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance targets and equity.

Candidates must be based in Colorado and able to reliably commute to our Denver office.
