Job Description Parsons is looking for a highly skilled

Lead Technical Advisor

to join our Sensor-to-Shooter (S2S) team! In this role you will

play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, providing strategic guidance, and leading efforts to enhance S2S capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Oversight:

Serve as the primary technical advisor and leader for the S2S team, ensuring seamless integration of intelligence and operational capabilities

Training & Development:

Oversee and lead the training of military and civilian watch standers, ensuring proficiency in S2S operations and critical functions

Strategic Guidance:

Provide expert advice to senior military and government leadership on S2S capabilities, operational strategies, and emerging technologies

Mission Integration:

Drive the development and refinement of S2S architectures, CONOPS, and TTPs to optimize mission effectiveness

Operational Support:

Lead efforts to support 24/7 operations, ensuring readiness and responsiveness across multiple AORs

Stakeholder Engagement:

Deliver briefings, updates, and educational sessions to senior‑level military and government officials, fostering understanding and support for S2S initiatives

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate comprehensive after‑action reports and assessments to inform decision‑making and improve operational outcomes

Required Clearance

Candidate must be a US Citizen

Candidate must possess an

ACTIVE Top Secret clearance

with the ability to obtain a Top Secret / SCI clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of intelligence or military operations experience, or

Master’s Degree with 8+ years of intelligence or military operations experience

Proven leadership experience in technical advisory roles, with a track record of driving operational success

Exceptional communication, writing, and briefing skills, with the ability to engage senior‑level stakeholders effectively

In‑depth understanding of military communication paths, C2 concepts, and operational doctrine

Ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments, demonstrating adaptability and problem‑solving skills

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

Masters Degree in Intelligence

Expertise in military datalink operations (JREAP/Link‑16)

Familiarity with DoD training requirements and intelligence community policies and procedures

Experience in developing and implementing advanced S2S architectures and solutions

Security Clearance Requirement None

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range: $128,700.00 - $231,700.00

This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 30 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
