**SUPERVISORY ACCOUNTABILITY:**No responsibility to supervise others.**NATURE AND SCOPE:**Internal contacts include faculty and staff of the University.Minimal interaction with external partners.**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:*** Will coordinate administrative activities for the successful implementation of the project* Support the coordination of administrative activities for the successful implementation of the project* Coordinate distance-based technology for the project office* Assist with scheduling meetings, develop agendas, edit documents, and prepare minutes* monitor the project’s website* create, develop, and maintain listserv.* Support marketing functions of the project’s partners* Assist with monitoring and conduct weekly CQI of the project’s website* Assist with research, data collection and maintenance of project’s data base* Manage reports and records of the project* Report updates verbally and in written form to management* Additional tasks as assigned as warranted**CORE COMPETENCIES:*** Strong research skills* Organizational and planning skills* Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office* Ability to efficiently utilize social media applications**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field which may include public health, education, business, IT.
