Reporting to the Zone President, South Asia Pacific this role is responsible for developing,driving, and executing the South Asia Pacific High Jewelry &Client Relations strategy. They will continuously identify and implement new concepts and initiatives on how to target, build and establishsuccessfulrelationships with existing & emerging clients through;exceptionalHigh Jewelry events, experiences and in store activation programs. The VP High Jewelry & Client Relations must be able to think strategically and lead a team that focuses on day‑to‑day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. They need to possess a strong attention to detail, be innovative and creative in client experience initiatives and lead the Tiffany high end strategy and direction in South Asia Pacific. They also need to possess strong watches knowledge and expertise. They will be open and approachable and will work with global and the market teams in a transparent and mutually supportive manner. They will also lead a team of passionate professionals who are able to execute and deliver successful client events. Reporting to this role will be: Director High Jewelry - South Asia Pacific, Director Client Relations - South Asia Pacific & Watch Development & Training Manager - South Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

High Jewelry

In collaboration with Zone President, Global High Jewelry and merchandising teams, ensure the South Asia Pacific Zone drives a strategy for high jewelry while tracking key milestones and progress

Responsible for end‑to‑end strategy and execution of in‑store and virtual client activations and experiences while partnering with key stakeholders.

Develop and elevate relationships with HNW client network

Consistently pursue the creation of elevated experiences for high jewelry events attached to targets and KPIs.

Be client facing as one of our Tiffany HJ Experts to address technical questions & assist to close sales as necessary in local and international high jewelry events for South Asia Pacific

Deliver strategic insights and thought leadership at regional conferences and stakeholder meetings, fostering professional development and cross‑functional collaboration.

Give input on high jewelry assortment for in‑store and event collection offerings

Build strategies on client outreach and engagement

Drive partnership initiatives with in the region, prospecting key networks to identify and cultivate new high jewelry clients

Define the client treatment program with in the region, focusing on elevated VIP experiences and gifts

Client Relations

Partner with the Global Client Relations team ensuring the South Asia Pacific strategy supports the global Client Relations vision and objectives

Build a Client Relations strategy focusing on existing top & emerging clients while also identifying opportunities to target new HNW clients with a focus on high jewelry

In collaboration with leadership and Regional key stakeholders, create and map annual client events and ensure all events are delivered in a seamless and elevated manner with a hands‑on mindset

In collaboration with the Client Development & Merchandising teams, build a year‑long calendar & 360 plan for all events, ensuring they support the region’s business objectives

Identify new opportunities through our existing and new products, networks, department stores, external partners, and industry trends

Manage, optimize & maintain the South Asia Pacific Client Relations calendar and budget

In conjunction with the local Client Relations team and Market Partners review all post‑event learnings and use this intelligence to optimize the ROI of each event in addition to how we further enhance our relationships with our Clients

Lead, elevate, develop and inspire the South Asia Pacific Client Relations teams ensuring they have a clear vision and understanding of the overall strategy, and the role they have in its success

Ensure each team member understands their role in each event/experience and ensure responsibilities and activities are properly allocated

Assess team members’ performance and support them in continuously improving and elevating their skills

Motivate and inspire regional and local Client Relations & High Jewelry teams by leading by example, demonstrating empathy, creating an environment where candid debate is encouraged, and remaining approachable

Cultivate and develop regional and local Client Relations team capabilities, ensuring you are developing a high performing team

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience

Driven, energetic and with a people first mindset

Luxury Retail Experience, specifically in high jewelry

Possess a full understanding of client demographic

Detail‑oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills

Outstanding written and verbal communications skills

Passion and creativity for client relationship building and high jewelry

Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi‑task

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent is preferred.

Gemologist Certification strongly preferred
