Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Hayward, CA Schedule: Full-Time | School-Year Position Pay: $75–$111 per hour (school-year equivalent, based on experience) ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to support students with speech, language, voice, and hearing impairments in school-based settings in the Hayward area. This role is ideal for clinicians who value collaboration, evidence-based practice, and supporting students’ educational achievement and personal adjustment. Position Overview
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services in accordance with professional standards. Services are focused on evaluating, assessing, and treating communicative impairments that impact a student’s academic performance and functional participation in the school environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services aligned with professional standards
Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, voice, or hearing impairments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communicative needs
Support students’ educational achievement and personal adjustment
Participate as an effective member of a multidisciplinary assessment and IEP team
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
Collaborate with educators, related service providers, administrators, and families
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid Speech-Language Services Credential or state license authorizing the provision of speech and language services
Evidence of adequate preparation, background, and experience for a school-based SLP role
Strong assessment, clinical, and therapeutic skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
