You’ll join a cohesive team with 1 full‑time and 1 PRN urologist, backed by 3 experienced NPs (one takes first call) General urology is the core focus, with subspecialty interest encouraged Access 20+ OR cases weekly and two da Vinci robots for robotic cases Dedicated clinic staff, including scribes and MAs, to support your efficiency Schedule
Typical week includes 2 clinic days and 3 OR days (option for 1/4 split based on preference) 7 days of call per month, shared with a local group; post‑call day off Open to alternative models, including 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off Clinic volume averages 15+ patients/day with flexibility based on your style Compensation & Benefits
$700,000+ starting base salary with a productivity bonus structure
Top earners can make $850k+ easily
$75,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $15,000 in relocation assistance 27 days of PTO plus $7,000 annually for CME Full benefits package including malpractice with tail, 401k, onsite childcare, and fitness access Candidate Requirements
