Shift Schedule: 6a-4p, 9a-9p, 2p-12a or 8p-6a
Patient Volume: Total 80/day; 1.8 patients per hr
Support staff: APP 12 hrs, full ED support with nursing & tech, full radiology, full lab.
Required Procedures: EM procedures; Family Med Proce/Skills: Adult OP, Pediatric-Gen OP, Newborn resuscitation; Orthopedic-Non-displaced fractures, Suturing of minor lacerations, Incision & Drainage, Psych-Uncomplicated adult, Psych-Uncomplicated child/adolescent, Psych-Uncomplicated geriatric, Diagnosis & mgmt of common industrial-related medical problems; Ventilation mgmt-establishing & maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation for up to 24 hrs w/o pulmonary consultation; Evaluation & mgmt of acute volume/BP issues; Central & Arterial Line; EKG Interpretation; Arthrocentesis; Lumbar puncture; Paracentesis

Requirements
Active MI license
BC in EM (Or IM/FM w/ min. of 2 yrs of recent ED experience)
ACLS, BLS, PALS
