Responsibilities but not limited to:
Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings and documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
Conduct on-site visits to evaluate site conditions and constraints for upcoming projects.
Identify required materials and perform detailed quantity take-offs for procurement.
Coordinate permit and bidding documentation; prepare complete construction bidding packages.
Process project-related payments, including those for outsourced services and general contractors.
Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages.
Draft preliminary CAD and millwork detail drawings as needed.
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Interior Designor ArchitectureMajor or related field
2 to 4 years of related professional experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or 3D Max
Excellent portfolio of previous works required
Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
