We are looking for experienced email producers, social media managers, or front-end developers to join our digital marketing team in our Washington, D.C., or Berkeley, CA office through the 2026 election cycle, ending mid-November 2026. Role Details As an Email Coordinator, you will be closely involved with our client teams on day-to-day digital email and social media production, reporting, and research tasks, and you will be expected to deliver high-quality results across all aspects of owned media production.

Responsibilities

Build, send, and analyze mobile-optimized emails

Segment email lists based on demographic, geographic, and supporter behavior‑based factors

Post social media content and analyze performance

Create and optimize landing pages and donation forms

Manage and update client websites and CRM databases

Conduct quality assurance testing for email, social media, landing pages, and advertising

Participate in report production and analysis, and use those results to optimize both ongoing and future campaigns

Explore new technologies — especially in email marketing, social media, and other owned media — on a regular basis to find innovative ways to help our clients reach their goals

Coordinate with project leads to monitor, modify, and implement clients’ digital marketing calendars

Complete time sheets on a daily basis

Location The ideal candidate will reside in either the Berkeley, CA (Bay Area) or Washington, D.C. and come into the respective Trilogy office on a hybrid schedule of Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary The minimum salary for this role is $70,500 per year, in accordance with Trilogy’s transparent salary structure.

Qualifications Required skills include:

Minimum of two years of email production, social media management, or front-end development experience. SMS experience is a plus.

Experience producing emails and/or mass marketing campaigns or writing front-end code for commercial or nonprofit websites.

Expertise with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and manipulating data within spreadsheets.

Comfort exploring and working in new technology platforms.

Curiosity about finding new and better ways to work and interest in developing innovative solutions to help our clients reach their goals.

Strong organizational and quantitative skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Strong sense of personal responsibility and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Time management and organizational skills for managing multiple projects concurrently.

Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning and developing new skills.

Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills While not required, we will look favorably on candidates who have experience with any of the following:

HTML and CSS

Political advocacy CRMs such as EveryAction and Action Network, or enterprise‑level ESPs such as Acoustic and Salesforce

Adobe Photoshop and other Creative Suite programs

WordPress and/or other common website CMS software

Database management

Although political experience is not a necessity to qualify for this position, you should at least be intrigued by progressive candidates, causes, and organizations. Our highly experienced team will be available to provide guidance, but a personal interest in Democratic politics will help you immensely.
