Bilingual HR Assistant
Our client, a vibrant leader in the human resources sector, is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Assistant to join their team in Middletown, NY. In this role, you'll be the face of the HR department, supporting various teams and serving as a key point of contact for employees. Job Title: Bilingual HR Assistant Location: Middletown, NY Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Hours: MondayFriday, flex 6am -3pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the HR department, providing support and guidance to employees and management.
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts.
- Approve time-off requests and help ensure adequate departmental coverage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
- Coordinate orientation and training for new hires.
- Handle payroll tasks with a high level of confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
