In 2025, the digital transformation will revolutionize the digital space, and you can build a career that will propel your future.We are looking for a **Principal System Engineer** (**Full Stack)** who has hands-on experience with both front-end (UI) and back-end technologies.**Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View:*** Act as a Principal Systems Engineer, leveraging deep expertise and hands-on involvement to lead solution development from initial concept to final delivery, with ownership of outcomes.* Proactively design, build, and optimize robust, scalable micro-frontend (MFE) web applications using React JS/Next JS for dynamic Frontend experiences, and GraphQL, Java, API and NodeJS for modern Backend for Frontend (BFF) layers.* Demonstrate a self-driven approach by consistently seeking innovative solutions, setting high standards for quality, and championing continuous improvement.* Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers to deliver user experiences that exceed expectations for quality, innovation, and usability.* Lead by example as a technical expert and mentor, inspiring and empowering engineers across multiple teams through active knowledge sharing, innovation, and rigorous code reviews.* Harness AI assistants throughout the SDLC - turning concepts into user stories, stories into code, and automating testing and deployment, maximizing productivity, accelerate testing and development, and streamline agile workflows.* Partner with Application and Domain Architecture teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and positioned for long-term success.* Relentlessly pursue performance excellence, proactively improving DORA metrics and website performance using advanced monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics, and Splunk.* Own the detailed design and architecture process, maintaining a sharp focus on scalability, security, and availability for all applications and processes.* Set and uphold the highest standards in design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation, while advocating for best practices in development, quality assurance, and security.* Ensure all solutions meet or exceed critical non-functional requirements (NFRs) and industry best practices.* Actively partner with cross-functional teams—including Platform, DevOps/SRE, Enterprise Architecture, and UX/UI—to deliver innovative, high-performance web solutions.* Exhibit a sense of urgency and ownership in troubleshooting and resolving complex code-level issues, applying deep technical expertise and a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge.* Continuously seek feedback, measure impact, and adapt strategies to achieve superior results for the organization and its customers.* Guide cross-functional teams in executing multiple complex initiatives, delivering consistent results and maintaining high standards across all efforts.**Job Contribution:*** Bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* Extremely motivated, highly passionate, and curious about new technologies. Take pride in your work and strive to achieve incredible results and possess superb communication and planning skills.* 10+ years of proven experience building high performance applications and APIs in Azure, Hybrid cloud environments at large scale.* Preferably Next.js on the UI with Node.js on the backend, or React.js on the UI with Java on the backend.* Experience building applications using Generative AI, LLMs & Copilots.* 7+ years of experience developing applications utilizing relational databases and/or no SQL databases as part of the overall application architecture.* 7+ years of experience in implementing caching techniques for a web application.* Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams, principals, and architects. Coordinates optimally across organizational boundaries and geographies.* 7+ years of experience with front-end frameworks like React.js.* 7+ years of strong background in object-oriented design principles and design patterns.* Expert knowledge and experience working with asynchronous message processing, stream processing, and event-driven computing.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.**Technical Skills:*** React.js, Node.js, Next JS, Micro Front-End architecture, Typescript, Graph QL, Bootstrap.js, HTML5, XML, CSS3, Java, JavaScript, REST services, NoSql technologies (Cassandra/Mongo DB), Spring boot, Kafka/MQ, Redis, Splunk,
